Refund Policy

In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accept returns within 5 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new and unused condition.

• We offer refunds/exchange only if the product is damaged or not working properly, and not in any other condition.

• We do not offer exchanges/refunds for warranty purposes. For warranty and other issues, please contact our team directly.

• Once the return is initiated the Courier person will pick up the product/goods from the customer's house within 2-3 working days.

RETURNS 
We offer easy returns on all orders within 5 DAYS of delivery. To return an item, please contact us and send us a video of the defective/damaged product and we will generate a return authorization for you after verifying it.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. 

REFUNDS 

Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at ankit.bls100@gmail.com

TIMELINE: FROM RETURN REQUEST TO REFUND

Once a return is initiated, the pickup will be scheduled within 1-2 working days by our courier partner. After the item is picked up and reaches our warehouse, the refund will be processed and typically reflects in the customer's bank account within 3-5 working days.

So, the total time from initiating a return to receiving the refund in your bank account is approximately 4-7 working days.

INVALID REASONS

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at CartGully. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
